Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of Fence Repair and Replacement Services, including site plans, repairs, and installation of various fence structures and gates. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform the work as specified. Bids must be submitted electronically. Each bid must include a bidders security amounting to not less than 10% of the total aggregate bid price, payable to The County of Santa Clara. The contractor must possess a C-13 Fencing Contractors License at the time the bid is submitted. This is public work and will require prevailing wages to be paid.
