Carver County requests proposals for the Highway 30 Project - Goose Lake Area, which includes preliminary and final design for approximately 3.9 miles of Highway 30 located between the cities of Mayer and Waconia. County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 30 is classified as a minor connector roadway. Carver County is planning to widen the shoulders of CSAH 30 and rehabilitate the existing pavement. Bid by 1:00PM Central Daylight Time on Thursday November 13, 2025.
