Cumberland plateau company surveying & site planning services the cumberland plateau company (cpc) is seeking proposals from qualified surveyors to provide surveying and site planning services across the four counties of buchanan, dickenson, russell, and tazewell for residential properties developed via the cpc workforce housing development program (whdp). The partnering firm will be expected to provide their services with respect to the program's goals, which are not profit-driven and intended to facilitate economic development while mitigating the region's housing crisis.
