The Project includes the following Work: Construction of sidewalk and crosswalk improvements in Baldwin City, Douglas County, KS. The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following approximate major quantities of work: Bid Item Description Quantity Units Concrete Sidewalk 974 Sq. Yds. Sidewalk Ramp 42 Sq. Yds. Concrete Pavement (8" Uniform)(AE) 251 Sq. Yds. Pavement Markings (Various) 303 Lin. Ft. Permanent Signing 28 Each Modify Existing Beacon RRFB 1 Each New RRFB Assembly 1 Each. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
