As of January 29, 2026. Project has not been awarded. No definite date for award The Project includes the following Work: Base Bid limits that generally include 100 LF of 6" PVC water main and 1,100 LF of 8" PVC water main installed via conventional and trenchless means, with associated water services, fire hydrants, valves, restoration, etc., with electrical system improvements to the Bay Street Pump Station, including installation of 45 kW natural gas generator. Additive Alternate 1 extends the 8" water main work by an additional 1,600 LF. Additive Alternate 2 includes additional water services. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 11/27/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
