Renovation of a power facility in Roma, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
Scope Purchase and installation of new 500kW and 250kW generators at the WTP and High Service Pump Station. Work includes new 800A ATS and 600A ATS, all electrical and SCADA integration, bonding and insurance and miscellaneous improvements. Question Deadline 11/19/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing This facility will continue to be in use during the demolition and construction phases. The Contractor shall be responsible for following the 'PHASED' schedule. If the electrical demolition or construction requires portions of the facility to be "powered down" when not scheduled, the Contractor shall obtain prior approval from the Owner. Unscheduled outages shall be as short as possible and held to a minimum. In order to accommodate the facility operation, the Contractor may be required to perform unscheduled outages on weekends or after normal operating hours. C. Contractor shall coordinate with the Owner/Engineer prior to removing demoed equipment from the site. If the Owner desires to retain any demoed equipment, the Contractor shall coordinate with the Owner to move and store equipment to a designated area within the project site, or as selected by the Owner.
