The International Boundary and Water Commission is seeking a price quote for janitorial services at the USIBWC Falcon Dam Power Plant, located at 1 Reservoir Road (FM 2098), Falcon Heights, TX 78545. The requirement falls under NAICS 561720 - Janitorial Services, with a Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard of $22 million. The government will award to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. Funds are not presently available for this requirement; award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Clause 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time and has no obligation to reimburse costs incurred by offerors. The work is being procured as a base period with four executable option periods, which may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The Contractor will be paid in accordance with FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer - System for Award Management (July 2013). Hours of operation are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm local time, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Site visits are highly recommended. Submit all questions in writing by E-Mail.
