**As of January 28, 2026, the project is canceled. Project is no longer needed.** The City of Palm Coast is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide a turnkey installation of two (2) new 15-horsepower oilless air compressors in the Ultrafiltration Building at Water Treatment Plant No. 2. The compressors shall function as redundant systems, fully integrated with the City's existing equipment, including the storage tank, dryer, and regulators. Work includes all labor, materials, and repairs necessary to ensure proper operation of the complete system. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory onsite visit prior to bidding. Responses must be submitted electronically through the specified portal. Any questions concerning the solicitation documents must be submitted in writing through the portal at least seven calendar days prior to the due date. Bidders must sign, date, and return all addenda with their bid submittals, and it is recommended to check the portal for updates before the submission deadline. Only contractors attending the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be allowed to submit bids. Attendance at the public opening is not required. All submittals will be evaluated by City staff in accordance with the criteria set forth in the solicitation documents. The City reserves the right to reject all submittals, waive formalities, and re-advertise or abandon the project.
