Sealed bids are requested for HVAC Make-Up Air Handler Replacement at New Brunswick Center. Bids must be submitted with all required forms and certifications, including Contractor's Proposal and Acknowledgement of Addenda, Pricing Proposal Form(s), Bidder's Qualifications, Board of Trustees Letter, Performance Record, Explanation of Qualifications, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Bid Security, Consent of Surety, Qualification Form, Mandatory Equal Opportunity Language, Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Disclosure of Prohibited Activities in Russia and Belarus and Investment Activities in Iran, New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, Public Works Contractor Registration Certificate, New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction Notice of Classification, Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts DPMC 701 Form, and applicable trade licenses. Compliance with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Department of Treasury prequalification standards, and all applicable public agency rules and regulations is mandatory. Bid security of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid is required. Successful bidders must provide Performance/Payment bonds in the full contract amount and certified copies of payroll records for each period during the award term.
