A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The proposed CTE Center at Roosevelt High School will host the automotive repair, small engine repair, welding, machining, construction, and automotive collision programs. The project also includes the CTE district administration, a learning commons, secure entry, and incubator classroom. Per Minnesota law, a storm shelter will be built to serve the CTE students and staff and will utilize the administration and incubator spaces. The project includes a 17,600 SF addition and 13,200 SF of renovated space located on the corners of East 40th Street and 30th Avenue South on the Roosevelt High School campus. The existing Roosevelt High School that the CTE center is attached to is 324,700 square feet. All bids received after that date and time will not be considered. The vendor assumes the risk of any delay in the receipt or handling of mail or other delivery by employees of the district.
