Description

Remodeling of a retail development in Jersey City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the remodel of a retail development.

Sealed bids are requested to furnish and install glass. This contract is designated as a "Set-Aside Contract" for qualified Women's Business Enterprise, Minority Business Enterprise, Small Business Enterprise, or Veteran Business Enterprise. Bids must be submitted on provided forms in accordance with the specifications contained in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders and other bidding documents. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. as well as all other requirements set forth in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders. Only the entities indicated as eligible may bid, and all bids not meeting these criteria will be rejected. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, or to accept a bid that best serves the County's interest.
