Renovation of a fire / police facility in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Bids will be received for proposed work to consists of installation, configuration, implementation, and optimization of an Audio-Visual System for the Fitchburg Police Services Facility, and related miscellaneous items and work. ids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the Treasurer of the City of Fitchburg, as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the proposed Contract and Bond within 15 calendar days after award of the Contract. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the total bid price, together with an executed Contract in form prescribed by the City of Fitchburg, will be required of the successful bidder. Prevailing wages are not required for this project. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
