Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Work will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, services and equipment necessary to complete in a workmanlike manner the removal of 42 ash trees, grinding stumps, and restoring the terrace. Work performance shall comply with all applicable Federal and State Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, American National Standard Safety Requirements for Arboriculture Operations (ANSI Z133), and other federal, state, and local regulations. All ash trees to be removed are public trees owned by the City of Fitchburg and located in City of Fitchburg right of ways or street terraces. Proposal sheets must be returned to Anna Healy.
