Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of March 26, 2026 project was awarded to Payne & Dolan Inc., awarded amount is $1,538,676.91 This project consists of approximately 10,500 tons of HMA Pavement, 45,000 SY of pulverizing pavement, 2,400 LF of Concrete Curb and Gutter, 2000 SY of landscape restoration, as well as other miscellaneous items of work. The work is spread throughout the City of Fitchburg but is concentrated in the Tower Hill and Hillside Heights neighborhoods. A portion of this project is a Local Road Improvements Project (LRIP). Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid, payable to the Fitchburg Treasurer, as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file Contract and Bond within 15 days of award. Performance and Payment Bonds each 100% of the bid, with executed Contract is required of successful bidder. QA date - 2-27-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
