Engineering services will be provided for various projects. The scope of work will be developed by the City and the selected consultant. A contract will be negotiated for the work, subject to approval of the Finance and Board of Public Works Committees and the City Council. The City reserves the right to enter into a contract with another firm if unable to successfully negotiate a contract or to increase capacity. The City may prequalify one or more consultants to provide assistance on various projects based on need and qualifications of the consultant. Proposals will only be received and accepted via e-mail.
