Lee Public Safety Building. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. HVAC Filed Sub-bid Trade only for new construction and related sitework to provide a new Public Safety Facility for the Town of Lee, MA. Work includes Division 23 specifications and associated drawings. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted. All eligible bidders are encouraged to become familiar with the existing site conditions available for viewing at their convenience. The Contractor shall base their bid only on the product(s) specified "or equal" to ensure that all bidders are on equal footing. B. Contractor shall provide and install an extruded rail type source capture emergency vehicle exhaust system complete with an automatic start control panel listed by UL in accordance with Underwriters Laboratories Standard UL-508, an exhaust blower as shown on the drawing. C. Contractor shall provide a list two (2) installations in New England of the same type of the same manufacture and model as bid that have been installed and operating for a minimum of two (2) years. D. The manufacturer of the vehicle exhaust system must have a Factory Authorized Service Center with an inventory of parts located in New England.
