General and Trade Contractor Statement of Qualification Forms are sought for the following categories of work: Masonry (Est $1,550,000), Miscellaneous Metals (Est $850,000), Waterproofing (Est $180,000), Roofing & Flashing (Est $600,000), Metal Windows (Est $210,000), Glass & Glazing (Est $85,000), Tile (Est $372,000), Acoustical Tile (Est $130,000), Resilient Flooring (Est $250,000), Painting (Est $255,000), Elevator (Est $165,000), Fire Protection (Est $165,000), Plumbing (Est $1,110,000), HVAC (Est $2,900,000), Electrical (Est $3,000,000). Only prequalified General and Trade firms will be permitted to submit bids for the category of work in which they were prequalified.
