Description

Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Vernon, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

The work includes rooftop unit replacement, pipe insulation and elevator modernization. Silver Springs is a senior's living community and has 49 small studios, 31 medium studios, 19 large studios, 13 kitchenettes, 8 one-bedrooms, and 1 two-bedroom private-pay independent living suites. The scope of work includes but not limited to replacement of gas fired roof top & make-up air units (6 total) with heat pump technology & gas backup, install pipe insulation to exposed domestic piping in the crawlspace & mechanical rooms, and elevator modernization (2 total).
