The City of West Palm Beach is accepting proposals from qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable firms to provide professional engineering services on an as-needed basis under a continuing services contract pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes. Areas of Qualification include categories: 108-Surveying Services; 112- Landscape Architect; 115-Mechanical Systems; 116-Electrical Systems; 117-Structural Systems; and 118- Geotechnical Analysis. Proposers shall submit one (1) original, one (1) electronic version on a flash drive and five (5) copies of the Proposal in a sealed envelope, marked in the lower left-hand corner with the solicitation number, title, submittal deadline date and time. Final Questions Due Date November 14, 2025 Proposals shall be placed in sealed envelopes, marked in the lower lefthand corner with the firm name, RFQ number, title, and date and hour proposals are scheduled to be received. Proposers are responsible for ensuring that their proposal is stamped by Procurement Division personnel by the deadline indicated. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
