Question Deadline 11/12/2025 Bidders who are not currently prequalified by the Owner to perform the type and size of work contemplated herein shall submit a completely executed Contractors Prequalification Application to the Owner 5 working days prior to bid opening. The scope of work is the provision and installation of a large onsite septic system for the Newport Municipal Airport. Bidders are instructed that the procurement method is a competitive sealed bid. The bid type is open and informal, and electronic quotes are allowed. Required quote attachments must be included in submissions. Additionally, bidders should review and comply with the attached contract documents and conditions, technical specifications, and drawing package.
