The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, delivery and supply of ready mix concrete to the specified project site as requested on a just-in-time basis by the City of Annapolis, Maryland. Bids are for roadway & sidewalk materials limited solely to ready mix concrete consisting of Portland cement mixtures for Type I, ASTM A820, Type I ASTM A820M, ASTM Type II, ASTM A820, and Type II ASTM A820M. Late submittals will not be accepted. Disadvantage Business Enterprises, Emerging Small Business Enterprises, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, and Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate. The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
