Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; water / sewer project; 20-space sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and educational facility.

The bids are for a Single Prime Contract - Stipulated Sum for construction of a new 8,000 square foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB). The building is to be heated and provided with conditioned toilets, secure tool storage room and a multi-purpose space. There will be a fenced gravel yard approximately 4,800 square feet with gate and an additional ~20 paved parking stalls. The existing storm water detention basin will be expanded as required. An existing barn structure on site will be removed for placement of the new PEMB structure and yard. The successful bidder will be required to provide surety Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum.
