Failure to execute a contract and file an acceptable bond and Certificate of Insurance within 30 days of the date of approval for awarding of the contract will result in the denial of the award and the forfeiture of the proposal guaranty. The contractor shall work during the winter on all working days as defined in Article 1101.03 'Working Day'. The project excludes free time allowed between November 15 and April 1.
