This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Wilfrid Laurier University (WLU) to prospective Mechanical Contractors to submit proposals to provide the required services for the retrofit and replacement of aging mechanical systems AHUs related to the HVAC central plant located at Fred Nichols Campus Centre (FNCC) 75 University Ave, Waterloo, Ontario. The scope of work is further described in tender package. The intent of WLU is that a Mechanical Contractor would act as the prime contractor/constructor, taking all responsibilities of safety, construction management, scheduling, coordination etc. and would carry all required subtrades to deliver the full scope of work.
