The City of Waterloo (the "City") is prequalifying up to seven (7) General Contractors for the Laurel Creek Sanitary Pumping Station (SPS) Construction. The proposed Laurel Creek Sanitary Pumping Stations is located within a future subdivision block located on the west side of Beaver Creek Road approximately 500 m south of the Conservation Drive intersection. The project is expected to be tendered in January 2026, with construction to be started in May 2026 and substantial completion by December 18, 2026.
