Reference Number 0000306033 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/11/17 04:30:00 PM EST Pricing Lump sum University of Waterloo is looking to purchase one (1) Cryogen-Free (Dry) Dilution Refrigerator System, fully equipped and functional for experiments with superconducting quantum devices. The system must come complete with temperature controller, compressor, gas handling system, and control unit (all Mandatory Items). Proposals should include in their Mandatory Items packing/shipping, installation/commissioning, training, and layout designs. In addition, proposals should include pricing and details for the He-3/He-4 mixture required for the operation of the system and allow for it to be included in the purchase or provided by the University. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
