Provide repair services to a variety of heating and cooling systems for Galveston Housing Authority equipment and systems on an as-needed basis during normal business hours, with additional emergency repair services for after-hours needs. Contractor must warrant repairs for at least thirty (30) days for labor and extend warranties on materials per manufacturers’ written warranties. All repairs must be performed by certified technicians, and used equipment is to be removed and disposed of in accordance with industry standards and applicable laws. Service technicians must be certified or supervised by a certified technician, and must be bondable. All contractor representatives/service technicians should be identified by company uniform, company identification, nametag, or both. Each bidder must provide information on qualifications, including years in business, a list of at least three (3) clients with similar services provided, and a description of their services with a demonstrated track record. One written quotation and HUD forms must be submitted by email or mail.
