Question Submission Close Date 11/28/2025 5:00 PM MST The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from eligible entities (Offerors) to establish contracts through competitive negotiations for Preventing Outages While Enhancing Resilience (POWER) projects. Successful Offerors will enter into agreements with Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department (EMNRD), Energy Conservation Management Division (ECAM), to complete the successful Offeror's proposed scope of work. The POWER program is funded through the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and was established by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), section 40101(d), Preventing Outages and Enhancing the Resilience of the Electric Grid Formula Funding for States and Tribes. This RFP may result in multiple awards. EMNRD anticipates the contract term to last no more than four years
