Demolition and site work for a residential development in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: Remove Primary and Secondary Structures and any other obstructions outlined in the plans and contract; Utility Abandonment; Install Silt Fence; Handle and Remove Hazardous Materials; Removal and Handling of Asbestos; Site Grading; Erosion Pollution Control. Bidder instructions: Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid bond shall be forfeited. Plans and specifications for this project are available online. Supplemental responsible bidder criteria will apply. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid for sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The successful bidder must comply with City of Bellevue equal opportunity requirements. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Prospective Bidders desiring an explanation or interpretation of the Bid Documents shall request the explanation or interpretation in writing by close of business three business days preceding the bid opening to allow a written reply to reach all prospective Bidders before the submission of their Bids.
