Patrol Areas - The contractor shall be responsible for patrolling all public streets in downtown Bellevue and the Spring District while on duty. The downtown area is defined as the west side of 1-405 to the west side of lOQth Avenue NE, and the south side of Main Street to the north side of NE 12th street. The Spring District area is defined as: 121st Ave NE, from NE District Way to NE Spring Blvd, 123rd Ave NE from NE District Way to NE 14 Ter, NE District Way from 121st Ave NE to 124th Ave NE, NE 14th Ter from 121st Ave NE to 123rd Ave NE and NE Spring Blvd from 120th Ave NE to 124th Ave NE. Patrol areas and the split of time between Downtown and the Spring District may be modified by the city with written notice.
