The scope of work requires the following tasks: assess the existing playground area and its setting; design a unique playground that accommodates children aged 2-5 and 5-12 years old; submit 1-2 playground design concepts with a cohesive color scheme and appropriate features for the location, considering proximity to a skate park with a history of graffiti and vandalism; and ensure the design is not easy to vandalize, as the current playground attracts mostly younger children.
