Work includes installing an ADA-compliant ramp, removing fencing and pavement for new curb and gutter, closing an existing driveway, and constructing a new driveway approach per City standards. Storm drain sumps will be added, asphalt will be patched where disturbed, and a water line may be lopped if needed. The project will also require coordination with private utility companies for any necessary relocations. The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary or required to complete the work in all respects as shown on the plans and as herein specified. All work, materials, and services not expressly shown or called for in the Contract Documents which may be necessary to complete the construction of the work in good faith shall be performed, furnished, and installed by CONTRACTOR asthough originally so specified orshown, at no increase in cost to OWNER These CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will include an agreement to be signed by both the CONTRACTOR and the OWNER prior to any work commencing.
