Renovation of a mixed-use development in Burbank, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This project includes roof restoration to upper and lower roof areas located on the Starlight Bowl Amphitheater. The scope of the upper roof area includes the installation of a new Class A fireresistant roof system consisting of a Cool Roof Rating Counsel (CRRC) approved and Energy Star rated white, 80-mil thick, PVC fully adhered, fleece-backed, single-ply roof assembly over gypsum underlayment board per specifications. The underlayment board is to be adhered to the existing decking in accordance with FM Class I-90 wind uplift requirements. Other work includes furnish and install new access door, and tapered foam crickets. The existing lower-level roof system will receive the installation of a new Cool Roof Rating Counsel (CRRC) approved and Energy Star(R) rated mechanically attached, 80 mil thick, PVC membrane and flashing system over the existing modified bitumen membrane and flashing system. 1.
