This solicitation is being conducted by the Georgia Department of Transportation under its authority to procure services ancillary to the construction and maintenance of a public road Only contractors deemed as Qualified Contractors to provide "Drainage Rehabilitation, Repair, Replacement & Miscellaneous Maintenance Services" through the routine maintenance prequalification process are eligible to participate in this Invitation to Bid/Request for Quote. Through this ITB/RFQ the Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, "the State Entity, Department, Agency, or GDOT") is seeking bids for Drainage Rehabilitation, Repair, Replacement & Miscellaneous Maintenance Services. The qualified firms who have been awarded a Master Service Agreement (MSA) through the prequalification process #48400-410-000043083. All respondents to this ITB/RFQ are subject to same terms and conditions of the MMSA 48400-410-000034480, subsequent awarded contract, and the ITB/RFQ Form, and are cautioned to completely review the entire ITB/RFQ and follow instructions carefully The Department reserves the right to modify existing provisions or include additional provisions, which are not currently addressed herein and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive technicalities and informalities at its discretion. Approximately 2 weeks after bid closing and only after the contract has been signed by both parties and executed. (NOA is for the issuance of the contract only. This document does in no way give the Contractor notice to begin work.) All questions concerning this ITB must be submitted in writing via email to the Issuing Officer identified in Table 1 - General Information. No questions other than written will be accepted. No response other than written will be binding upon the State. All suppliers must submit questions by the deadline identified in the Schedule of Events for submitting questions.
