**As of November 19, 2025 , This project has been awarded to Sikes Brothers for $615,063.15..** The project consists of constructing a two-lane connector road between Earl Dabbs Drive and U.S. 301 South, including a right turn deceleration lane along US301 southbound within GDOT right-of-way under GDOT Permit A-031-012944-5. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid is required to be submitted with the bid. If the contract is awarded, The successful bidder shall furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds each in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the work and certification of same within 180 (one hundred eighty) consecutive calendar days after the date of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed and shall achieve Final Acceptance of the work within 210 (two hundred ten) consecutive calendar days after the date of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
