Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Ashland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.

Sealed bids will be received for Ashland Transitional Housing in Ashland, Wisconsin for a single prime contract. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the project name and bidder's name. Bid documents are available electronically through the architect. Performance/payment bonds are required for bids of $500,000 or more. Wage rate requirements, including Residential Davis Bacon wage rates, apply. Bidders must comply with federal labor standards, the Build America, Buy America Act, requirements of the Housing and Community Development Act, segregated facility standards, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive defects or irregularities in proposals. Further instructions to bidders are contained in the supplementary instructions. All questions, clarifications, and substitution requests must be made via email. Additional bond requirements related to the City of Ashland's wrecking permit apply. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and site visits can be coordinated with the architect.
