The City of Ashland is Requesting Bids for the Construction of the Following Project: Kreher Park Boat Launch The Work Will Generally Consist of Furnishing of All Labor, Tools, Materials, Equipment and Incidentals Necessary for the Following Work: Installation of Sheet Pile, Cast in Place Concrete Construction of the Boat Launch and Associated Upland Improvements. For All Further Requirements Regarding Bid Submittal, Qualifications, Procedures, and Contract Award, Refer to the Instructions to Bidders That Are Included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Ashland Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Irregularities and Informalities Therein and to Award the Con-tract in the Best Interests of the City Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
