Renovation of an industrial development in Boonville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade industrial development.

This project will include electrical power upgrades to the newly installed and upgraded Recycling Center equipment. The installation of the automated sorting system has required additional electrical power and power distribution equipment, including but not limited to, raceways, conduits, wiring, switchboards, panelboards, and an upgraded exterior transformer. There are no building modifications anticipated other than those required for mounting and installing the previously mentioned equipment. Bids are requested for a single prime contract. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bid security, in a sum of not less than five percent of the total amount of the highest aggregate bid, shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interest of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency. The Owner also reserves the right to waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid which is deemed most favorable to the Owner.
