Qualified suppliers are invited to participate in a bidding process to provide sand, gravel, aggregate, and related materials. This opportunity is intended to establish an annual contract to support county development projects. Bidders are instructed to read and complete the bid forms in full. Each bid proposal for the respective material must be sealed and plainly marked on the outside of the envelope as 'Warrick County 2026 Aggregate Materials Contract.' No bid deposit is required. Bidders may not withdraw their bid for thirty (30) days after the bid opening date. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept the bid that they believe is in the best interest of Warrick County.
