Bidders need to register directly with the Warrick County School Corporation prior to that date and fill out required paperwork. ** The project includes roofing and repair work at Castle High School, Castle North Middle School, Boonville High School, and Boonville Middle School, covering approximately 95,000 square feet across the four locations. Bidders must furnish all materials and labor required for these roofing projects. Bidders must submit proposals on the latest version of Contractor's Bid for Public Bidding Form No. 96, as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts for the State of Indiana, along with the Bid Form included in the Project Manual. A financial statement must be attached to Form 96. Bid Security in the form of a certified check or Bid Bond not less than five percent of the bid amount is required, payable to the Warrick County School Corporation, and must guarantee execution of the contract and provision of acceptable surety bonds within ten days of contract award. Bidders must submit copies of their drug testing and background check programs as per the owner's specified policy. Submission of an E-Verify Affidavit pursuant to I.C. 22-5-1.7 is required. Offers must remain irrevocable for 60 days after submission. Bidders must comply with employment conditions, Indiana Code amendment House Enrolled Act No. 1019, anti-discrimination provisions, and must be qualified to work in the State of Indiana as stipulated in I.C. 4-13.6-4.
