Phase I engineering services are required for preparing Drainage Studies and Hydraulic Reports for various locations in District One. Typically, the studies and reports will be completed in conjunction with Project Reports prepared by others. All documentation and the supporting computations are to be presented in the study/report format as appropriate. Preparation of Location Drainage Studies shall be in accordance with the district requirements. Drainage Studies related to drainage problems such as sink holes or locations with drainage concerns such as flooding are likely to be assigned as drainage investigations under this contract. Work orders under the blanket agreement will be negotiated and authorized by the department on an asneeded basis. The Prime firm must be prequalified in the following categories to be considered for this project: Hydraulic Reports (Waterways: Complex) Special Studies (Location Drainage) Statements of Interest, including resumes of only the key people noted above, must be submitted electronically to the Central Bureau of Design and Environment through the Engineering Prequalification and Agreement System (EPAS).
