Site work for a water / sewer project in Clear Creek Township, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Bidder shall provide cost to furnish and install all drainage infrastructure improvements as illustrated in the project plans, prepared by Bledsoe Riggert Cooper James (BRCJ). Roadways to receive drainage and paving improvements are East Dutcherman Drive and Beverly Court. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond payable to the Monroe County Treasurer, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. All bids must include Contractor's Bid for Public Work - Form 96. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, or portion of the bid, and to waive any irregularities in the bidding. All out-of-state corporations must have a certificate of authority to do business in the State. All bidders shall comply with Chapter 275 of the Monroe County Code, the Responsible Bidder Ordinance.
