Goals for Minority Participation for Each Trade 20.9% Goals for Female Participation in Each Trade 6.9% The proposed construction consists of the installation of approximately 6,836 linear feet of 4-inch to 16-inch water main and 305 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer. Sealed bids are invited for this work, and compliance with various federal and state regulations and requirements is necessary, including those from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA), the Davis-Bacon Act, the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act, the Illinois Works Jobs Program Act Apprenticeship Initiative, the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise policy, and the Use of American Iron and Steel requirements. The procurement is also subject to the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) requirements.
