The Northville Public School District's Board of Education is accepting bids to provide roofing replacement at Moraine and Silver Springs Elementary Schools, and district-wide roof repairs. Bidders must submit their proposals through Buildingconnected.com, following the provided link. Bidders must not contact anyone other than Building Technology Associates during the bidding period, as failure to follow this instruction may lead to rejection of the bid. Bid Bond requirements include a bond or cashier’s check in the amount of at least 5% of the proposal. Proposals must be firm for sixty days. Successful bidders with proposals of $50,000 or more must provide satisfactory Performance and Payments Bonds in the amount of 100% of their bid. The cost of these bonds should be included in the proposal. The project is not tax-exempt and all sales/use tax must be included. Bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized familial relationship disclosure and Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit. Bids lacking these statements will not be accepted.
