Site work for a water / sewer project in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be received for the work necessary for the utilities of approximately 45.751 acres in Denton County, Texas. Complete sets of bidding documents are available via CivCast at www.civcastusa.com. A certified/cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bonds, payment without recourse to Owner in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid submitted must accompany each bid. The amount of said cashier's check or bond will be forfeited to the Owner and the bank or surety shall be liable to the Owner for the amount in the event the successful bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract or furnish bonds as required within fifteen (15) days after notice of award. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted, and each bidder must be represented at this conference. Bids will not be accepted from any bidder who is not represented at the pre-bid conference. The Work is to include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work necessary for Monarch at the Meadows Phase 2 Utilities as detailed in the Construction Plans and Specifications. The project is located in Denton County on the north side of Old Stoney Road and the west side of FM 156. 1.02 EXAMINATION OF THE SITE: A. Contractor is required to visit the Site, compare drawings and specifications with any work in place, and inform themselves of all conditions, including other work, if any, are being performed. Failure to visit the site shall not relieve the Contractor from the necessity of furnishing materials or performing work required to complete work in accordance with the Contract Documents without additional cost to the Owner
