Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mount Pleasant, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
As of December 01, 2025, project was awarded to Nickell Company, LLC, awarded amount is $176,914.60 The City of Mount Pleasant will accept sealed bids for Canaan Road milling, asphalt, and pavement markings. Sealed bids will be received by the Director of Finance at Mount Pleasant City Hall until the deadline, at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read. Copies of bid specifications may be obtained at City Hall during normal business hours, holidays excepted. The City of Mount Pleasant reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, and to award the bid in the City's best interest. If you are an individual with a disability and require reasonable accommodation or have additional questions, notification should be made to the relevant city official. The work described consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services and performing all work required to complete the project. The item paving includesrehabilitate the subbase as needed, milling, placing a uniform wearing surface in accordance with these specifications and MUTCD compliant pavement markings.
