Renovation of a multi-residential development in Mount Pleasant, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following work: 1. Contract "A" - Dryer Connections, Development TN047-001A and TN047-001B: Install clothes dryer connections in all units as per plans and specifications. a. The existing electric panel in Unit 407 Carpenter Street will need to be replaced. 2. Contract "B" - Mailboxes, Development TN047-001B and TN047-003B: a. Install cluster mailboxes and accessories as per plans and specifications. b. Install prefabricated aluminum transit shelters as per plans and specifications. Each prime bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid. Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds must be secured by a guaranty, or a surety company listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570 and shall be within the maximum amount specified for such company in said Circular 570. The "Bid Bond" and the "Performance and Payment Bond" must be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the state where the project is located and must be listed in U.S. Treasury Circular No. 570. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Document notes: Prime bidders not tendering a bonafide bid will be refunded half of their bid deposit amount upon return of the bidding documents.
