This project involves the rehabilitation of the existing ground water well located off Appomattox Drive near the College of the Mainland. Work includes all necessary labor, material, and equipment required to complete the improvements per the drawings and specifications. Bids must be sealed, marked “ITB 2025-007 Rehabilitation of District 14 Water Well”, and delivered to the Purchasing Coordinator at the City of Texas City Public Works & Engineering Purchasing Office (West Annex), located at 7800 Emmett F Lowry Expy, Texas City, TX 77591, to arrive no later than 11:30 a.m., local time, Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. COPE OF WORK The work to be done under the contract documents shall consist of the following: Rehabilitation of District 14 Water Well ITB 2025-007 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, machinery, equipment and all materials necessary to complete this project in accordance with the contract documents.
