The project is for the Moraine Elementary School STEAM Addition & Remodeling. The Board of Education of Northville Public Schools is accepting firm prime contractor trade specific bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and other services required to complete the Moraine Elementary STEAM Addition & Remodeling. All bidders must include familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267 and attach this information to the bid proposal, including a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the Board of Education or the Superintendent. Bids over the State threshold of $31,321 must include a certified cashier's check or a U.S. treasury listed security bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount (no electronic scans accepted). Successful bidders with proposals of $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of their bid, with this cost included in the proposal.
