General Description of Work: (1) Project consists of upgrades to the Concourse Concession Stands and Restrooms including new stainless-steel countertops in the Concession Stands for fan-facing soda dispensers. The Restroom upgrades include replacing the trough urinals with individual urinals and privacy screens. (2) Demolition shall consist of removal of existing 4" CMU block to access the plumbing chases for installation on new piping and removal of existing concrete slab on grade for installation of new plumbing piping. (3) Architectural work shall consist of new 6" CMU block walls at the plumbing chases, new finishes including urinal screens in the Restrooms. At the Concession Stands, new stainless-steel countertops. Refer to architectural drawings. (4) Plumbing work shall consist of removal of trough urinals and replacement with individual wall hung urinals in the Restrooms. Additionally, the counter mounted sinks will be replaced with wall hung lavatories. New electric water heaters are included to replace existing units in both Concessions and Re Refer to the plumbing drawings. (5) Mechanical work shall consist of unit heater replacement in the Restrooms. Refer to the mechanical drawings. (6) Electrical work shall consist of electrical panel replacements in the Concession Stands and new light fixtures as Alternates No. 1 and No.3 in the Concession Stands. Additionally, Alternate No. 1 includes 1200Amp Panel replacement on the East Side. In the Restrooms, the electrical work includes modifying receptacles for new electrical hand dryers and low voltage for iSite screens by the Owner's vendor. Refer to the electrical drawings.
